Our team works side-by-side with our Network Partners to discuss their staffing plan, define the experience required for a successful hire, formulate a compensation range, and establish a consistent and compliant selection process. We will:
  1. Create a job description & wage scale for the position
  2. Assist with the creation of a competitive compensation package
  3. Post the position on LinkedIn and Indeed
  4. Review applicant resumes
  5. Complete a video interview with the top (10) applicants
  6. Coordinate applicant on-site interviews
  7. Perform applicant reference checks
  8. Develop applicant Offer Letter of Acceptance / finalize hiring
  9. Send on-boarding information to Network Partner for implementation
  10. Arrange for new hire orientation and training
  • Mitigate Risk. Overlooking employment laws and regulations or not following the proper protocol can lead to costly litigation and penalties. Our consultants can help you to have the right policies and practices in place to help limit your liability.
  • Employee Performance Measurement. Create a structured approach to measure, track and reward employee performance so that their day-to-day work has a greater impact on your practice’s goals.
